You can also access the singable contract in the lower portion of the page. Once you’ve made your reservation the contract will also be texted to you as an easier way to sign.

Yes! Unless you are an expert, it is almost impossible for the average consumer to determine the quality of an inflatable from a picture or someone’s website! All of our inflatables are the safest, highest quality commercial inflatables in the industry, from such manufacturers as HEC Worldwide, Leisure Activities, EZ Inflatables, Magic Jump, Bounce Water and Ninja Jump. The products incorporate the latest safety features, and are made from lead-free, flame retardant vinyl.

Yes. Bunny Bounce Party Rentals has a liability insurance policy. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent from Bunny Bounce Party Rentals are required to sign a rental contract at least 48 hours prior to set up. We CANNOT set up an Bounce House until the rental contract is signed.

Ask how often the inflatables are cleaned, and if they use a disinfectant for the surface areas, especially in the areas where little pairs of feet will bounce hundreds of times! For sanitary reasons, this should be done after every rental.

Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50ft of the unit or a generator. Long cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

We prefer setting up on grass but if concrete is your only option we do that as well. Setting up on concrete requires additional equipment such as heavy duty tarps and sandbags, additional fees apply.

We prefer setting up on grass but our rentals also work equally well on pavement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors. Just let us know at the time of the reservation, so we can bring the correct anchoring system when we deliver your inflatable. Inflatables setup on grass have a tarp placed underneath and are typically anchored with long steel stakes. Inflatables setup on pavement, asphalt, concrete or indoors require heavy duty tarps and are anchored with sandbags, additional fees apply.

The number of children that can be in one of our Bounce Houses or Water Slides at one time depends greatly on several factors. The size of the unit and age of the children are the two most important factors in determining how many children can safely have fun in our inflatable. All inflatables have manufacturers guidelines on the amount of children and weight capability of the unit posted beside the main entrance. As a rule of thumb, for a medium jumper (13×13), it is recommended that no more than 8 young children or 6 older children use the inflatable at the same time. For large jumpers (15×15), it is recommended that no more than 10 young children, or 8 older children occupy the inflatable at the same time. All inflatables vary with size, so we ultimately recommend following the manufacturers guidelines posted on each inflatable. Note, for safety reasons, we strongly advise against mixing older and younger children in the bounce house at the same time.

Each inflatable typically uses one blower, which draws approximately 7-8 amps. This is roughly half of a typical 15 amp household circuit, or about 40% of a 20 amp circuit. Ideally, it is best to find an outlet where nothing else is plugged into that same electrical circuit. Many times, people assume that they have an outside outlet that nothing else is plugged into, so they should be OK. However, it is fairly common for all of your outdoor outlets to be on the same circuit as the outlets in your garage, where you may have a deep freezer or other appliances plugged in! It is best to identify a dedicated outlet/circuit in your home that is within 75 feet of the place you want to setup the inflatable, so you don’t have to worry about the bounce house deflating! Generators may also be rented to avoid household electrical issues that may occur.

If the inflatable’s continuous blower stops working, for any reason, immediately evacuate everyone from on or inside the unit. The most common problem is a tripped circuit breaker. If this is the problem, simply reset the circuit breaker and continue using the inflatable. If the circuit trips again, simply try another outlet. If the circuit breaker keeps tripping, or is not the issue, please call the phone number for our operations staff found on your rental contract.
